Sometimes, no matter how hard we try to ensure you get the correct item in perfect condition, you may find you need to return an item to us.
In order to do this you must first get a Return Number from us and this page will show you how.
First step is to Log-in to your account (if you did not register when making your purchase please see the notes at the end of this guide) and you should see this:
When your Account page loads you will see some icons with labels - please click on the one labelled "View your order history", and you should now see something like this:
Here you should see a list of your orders (unless you did not register when making your purchase) - to view the details simply click on the magnifying glass icon on the right of each order:
With the full order details on screen you can check to make sure that you have the correct product to return - once you are happy to continue simply click on the green "return" arrow as shown below:
You will now see the Returns form and most of the details will be completed for you. All you need to do now is to check the details are correct, adjusting the quantity if you are only returning part of an order, and then complete the Reason for Return, whether the product has been opened or not and the Captcha code as shown below:
And finally, read our Terms and Conditions and click the box to say you accept them before clicking on the "Send Return Form" button.
We will process your return request as soon as we possibly can and you will receive further instructions via email.

Note for non-registered customers - due to technical reasons, without an account you cannot use the automated Return process on the website. If you used Guest Checkout and you need to return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
